Hailing from Decatur (Where it's Greater), East Atlanta's own Mz. Coxx is a female phenomenon; a very skilled artist, songwriter and actress, who is definitely destined for greatness in the entertainment industry. She has made several appearances in music videos, live performances, and television sets. Mz. Coxx began to express herself through music at a young age. She wrote her very first verse to a song at the age of 10. Far from average the 10 year old recorded her verse with a family friend in her very own home.When Mz.Coxx played it for her parents, they knew that there was something different about this little girl. Later in the year Mz.Coxx was placed in various acting workshops, and plays to enhance her acting skills. Through her younger years Mz. Coxx has toured alongside Mindless Behavior, Diggy Simmons and the Omg Girlz. She has also performed at various events throughout Atlanta including the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival, Sweet Auburn Festival, the Hot Block Awards, Celebrity Basketball Games, Hosea Feed the Hungry, and former Dekalb Commissioner Stan Watson's Television Show on Comcast. Before each show or appearance, Mz. Coxx prays over her performance, or the words that she is about to speak. She feels that God gives her strength to do all the things she needs to, which leads into her favorite bible verse. Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. During Mz. Coxx's spare time she enjoys, songwriting, hosting events, and spending time with family. Mz. Coxx is working on her second studio project, set to release this winter. Her music showcases her talents, and gives various aspects of her life. She has a music blend of what she calls "mood music", which covers Hip Hop, Rap, Pop, and a little of R&B. Mz. Coxx's ambition is to be remembered for being a person who inspires others, and having a great stage show.

On August 7, 2016, Nesbitt announced that she was leaving Celtic Woman to focus more on her own projects. In 2017 Nesbitt toured the United States performing in Rocktopia. Since 2010, Nesbitt worked on a few solo projects outside of the Celtic Woman while still a member of the group. She is featured as the soloist on Walt Disney's direct to DVD film "Tinker Bell." The music was composed by Joel McNeely to fit Nesbitt's unique, distinctive style of playing, a cross of fiddle and classical violin. She has produced two solo albums, one in 2010 and in 2016 announced her new solo album, "Hibernian," in August of 2016. 2016 also saw the introduction of her new line of violins, "Celtic Violins by Máiréad Nesbitt Celtic Violinist." Along with her standard violin, a 17th Century Matthias violin she would also be using her new violin on stage and on other projects, such as her album, "Hibernia." Nesbitt is married to Jim Mustapha Jr., the lighting director for Celtic Woman. They married just before Thanksgiving, 2011, in a ceremony in Maui, Hawaii.
