Raegan Candler Millican born September 30, 2011 in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. She has one younger sister and one younger brother whom she often plays 'pretend' with. It was this pretend practice which helped her land her first ever audition playing young "Cora" in the USA Series The Sinner 2017. While on set, director Antonio Campos asked if she wanted to be an actress when she grew up. Raegan said "No, but she did like playing pretend."
