Abby Rey
Abigail Reyes Beltran was born in Quezon City, Philippines on April 21, 1987. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Arts from University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2010. She has been writing and directing short plays for her church since 2003 and made her directorial debut in 2017 with Theater in the Valley in Henderson, Nevada. She is an independent actress and has worked on two features as a lead and a handful of principal roles in short films and feature films. Abby has done local commercials for Las Vegas Aces and Vegas Golden Knights. She is working as an actress on several web-series and TV series which are set to be released in late 2020-2021. She is also working on writing and directing short films.
Abby has trained under film and television actors such as Clarence Gilyard Jr. (Walker Texas Ranger, Left Behind) Michael Tylo (Guiding Light and The Young and the Restless), and John Armond, who trained in NYC with Stella Adler and Lee Strasberg. She has also taken classes from theater actresses Mindy Woodhead and Rayme Cornell. She is trained in a variety of acting techniques such as Practical Aesthetics (David Mamet, William H. Macy), Stanislavski System, Meisner Technique and Michael Lugering's Integrated Voice and Movement Technique.
