Barney Fitzpatrick
Barney Fitzpatrick was born in Boston with his twin brother and was the second in line in a family of seven siblings. The family was raised in Natick, Mass. where their father and grandfather had settled long before. He took his first acting class in the fall of 1974 at The Actors Workshop of Boston and by the following year he had arrived in New York City studying with the likes of, Stella Adler, Bobby Lewis and Austin Pendleton.
He was inspired to act when watching "It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World" thinking there could not be more fun while working than that. It wasn't until graduating from high school that he decided to pursue this dream. He stuck by his dream and today finds himself working in film, and TV and on the stage. His stage work led him to New Jersey Repertory in Long Branch, NJ where he now has a home. He resides on the upper west side in Manhattan and has been married for the last two decades to actor/coach/teacher Donna Marrazzo.
Never quit.
