Bart Rochon
Bart Rochon was born in Warsaw, Poland and now calls Toronto, Canada home. A strong fitness and athletics background paved the way for basketball and football dreams, and more recently, targeted training as a boxer. Bart first broke into the acting scene in 2007, and during these early film and television appearances, realized his passion for being in front of the camera. Bart studied psychology at The University of Western Ontario and Mount Allison University, before turning his studies towards the film industry.
He has worked with, and continues to work with, well respected acting coaches including the multiple award winning actor/producer/director Walter Alza and Gemini award winning Shannon Lawson. His in class learning includes classes at the Toronto-based acting studio Sears & Switzer and also honed his comedy skills at Second City. Bart continues to add to his skill set with weapons, hand-to-hand, stage fighting and stunt training. Bart brings a well rounded package to every role he takes on, including extensive motorcycle skills, the natural ability to work with animals on set, and a willingness to learn and grow as an actor.
Bart Rochon is most acclaimed for the diversity in genres and roles he has taken on. Appearing in off the wall comedies such as Bitchin Kitchen, and 18 to Life to being a crazed killer in the award winning feature film Berkshire County. We continue to see Bart broaden his range in dramatic roles including the short film Just Me and All of You starring Naomi Grossman and playing a starring role in the highly anticipated web-series Past Redemption.
