Ben Walton-Jones
Ben Walton-Jones - 'Benji' as he's known on the set - was candidate number 88 for the role of young John F. Kennedy in Mart Sander's The Kennedy Incident (2021). He sent his application in two days after the main shooting had begun and was immediately cast, because the writer-director Mart Sander 'saw a healthy amount of sex appeal, balanced by self-deprecating irony' in his casting video. The film was a success and Walton-Jones garnered positive reviews in his debut role. Sander, predicting a solid international career for Walton-Jones, immediately cast him in two more films - an experimental short White Power, and a supernatural whodunit The Sixth Secret, both to be released in 2022.
