Brisendine Jesse
Jesse Brisendine is an internationally recognized life coach, personal trainer, speaker, author, photographer, and adventurer who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He is the founder and creator of the 1 Year 1000 Challenge that focuses on motivating and inspiring people to live their greatest lives' possible. In addition, he is also the creator of Ouch My Heart Is Broken, a website dedicated to helping people heal, recover, and move forward from heart break.
Jesse works with people from all over the world. He has trained and coached 1000's of people from all walks of life, including: doctors, lawyers, librarians, actors, bankers, veterinarians, computer technicians, chiropractors, dentists, athletes, musicians, grocers, students, teachers, and many more. In addition to that he interacts with 1000's of people daily through his 1 Year 1000 Challenge, motivating them to live their greatest possible life. Jesse has also trained dozens of other trainers on how to become better trainers.
Furthermore, Jesse has been interviewed for numerous publications and professional journals, including MSNBC. Jesse was featured in the 2011 critically acclaimed movie Life In A Day. In addition he has appeared on the George Lopez show talking about the 1 Year 1000 Challenge. He has been a featured speaker at several fundraising events and community outreach programs. He is involved with multiple charitable organizations, including several of his own. Jesse was recently recognized as a finalist for the award of Santa Barbara Young Professional of the Year.
While at 24 Hour Fitness, he received numerous awards and accolades, including, but not limited to: trainer of the month, top trainers of the year, and the winner of the prestigious "Hawaii" award to name a few.
Jesse provides motivating, empowering, and educational programs as well as team-building events to companies and conferences.
Jesse earned his Bachelor's degree at the University of California Santa Barbara. While at UCSB he also minored in Personal Training. Jesse fell in love with Santa Barbara during his college days. So much so that he still calls Santa Barbara home today. When not working Jesse can be found hiking in the mountains, running down by the beach, or off planning his next adventurer.
An avid traveler, Jesse has been well known to "sacrifice fashion," in exchange for reallocating the money towards plane tickets.
