Frank Bliss
Frank Bliss (originally Frank Leibsly) grew up in the Washington, DC area where he graduated from Virginia Tech in 1982. He is 2nd from the youngest of a family of 7. He served 6 years in the Army National Guard as a Fire Direction Officer for the 29th Light Infantry 246th Artillery. He continued his career as a Senior Systems Engineer on several government and military projects. In 2009 Frank decided to pursue his lifelong acting passion. He is best known for his intense portrayal of evil as a child serial killer in the film The Taking (2012). He has portrayed serial killers, murderers, skinheads and rapists in several other films. Frank's first theatre performance was at the Kennedy Center as a supernumerary for the Mariinsky Opera War and Peace. He has modeled, performed in music videos, and acted in several commercials. He has been seen on Investigation Discovery, Discovery Health, HBO, and FOX.
