Freyja Benjamin
Freyja's notable credits include 'Clarity' (2015) directed by Chris Sebastian Joys, which was screened at the 51st annual BFI's in London presented by Helen Mirren for Giorgio Armani.
Freyja recently made her feature film debut starring opposite Jordan Dulieu in 'Everything In Between'. She has had starring roles in several short films which have won awards at international film festivals including 'Big Bad World' in which she performed alongside Netflix/TBS star Geraldine Viswanathan and screened at Brooklyn Film Fest and St Kilda Film Fest. In 2018 she made her TV debut in the guest role of Justine Harris in Channel Nine's 'Bite Club'. In 2016, Freyja produced her first short "Strangers in the Night" for which she won the award for Most Empowering Female at Wollongong Film Festival. The film went on to screen at multiple international film festivals. She was nominated for Outstanding Guest Actress in LA Web Fest for her role in Australian TV show Girt by Fear: Terror Australis.
She is also front-woman of rising Sydney freak rock band Megafauna. In the six months since their formation, Megafauna have booked shows with Dune Rats, Ruby Fields, PALMS, Hayley Mary, Johnny Hunter and more.
