Hildur Vala Baldursdóttir
Graduated from Iceland University of the Arts in the spring of 2019 with a bachelor degree. She has from an early age been involved the Icelandic entertainment scene.
Straight out of school Hildur was contracted by the National Theatre of Iceland. Her first role was Ronja, in Astrid Lindgrens hit musical Ronja the Robbers daughter. In addition to that she will be in plays such as Ör, Atómstöðin (The Atom Station), The Master and Margarita , Útsending (Network) and Kardimommubærinn (Cardamom town).
In the autumn of 2019 she was a supporting role in the hit TV comedy series, Venjulegt Fólk (Ordinary People) as well as the short film Skeljar. She has starred in commercials for some of Icelands biggest brands, such as Icelandair and Íslandsbanki as well as commercials for Bílastæðasjóður and the American insurance company, North Western Mutual. Hildur has done voiceover work for several commercials, radio plays and audio books.
