Holly Pillsbury loves impertinent, unnerving, and brazen characters that claw for survival in seemingly simple ways. This undoubtedly brings forward a complexity with her straight forward pretty girl looks. Her brazen love of finding the audacity in all her characters brings a lively performance to the screen. With a flick of the switch, she foolhardily brings an off-center humor, salty sass, and cockeyed physicality to her roles that have an opening for comedic improvisation on set. Holly Pillsbury was born in Bryn Maur, PA, into a venturesome family for a taste of learning and impacting an international landscape. She spend most of her childhood living in the Phillippines, Australia and Canada, while traveling the world with her travel thirsty parents. She resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada; Holly Pillsbury is working within the Canadian independent film scene in front and behind the camera. Holly beat out hundreds of other hopefuls for the role as ALI in 'She Has A Name' (2016). Her work as a young mother to two girls and wife to leading character Jason, will bring forth her work from the relatively "smally known" to a larger audience. Holly Pillsbury married actor Giovanni Mocibob in 2010. They have frequently shared the screen and stage together. They are in post production on their web series "My True Story".
