Hunter Garner
Hunter Garner is an American Actor, born on July 25, 1985, in Forth Worth, Texas. He grew up in Keller, Texas, raised by his parents Monte and Linda Garner, along with his sister Hayley Garner Webb. Hunter grew up playing sports including; football, basketball, and baseball from the age of 5, as well as Track and Field and Cross-Country. Hunter was a 2 time district champion in the 800m, 1 time district champion in the 1600m, 2 time District and Region team champion in Cross-Country, and 1 time State Finalist in the 800m and Cross-Country. He also excelled in Choir, placing 1st in UIIL 5A State Solo and in Ensemble as a Tenor I. Hunter ran on an athletic scholarship for Baylor University Track and Field and Cross-Country. He discovered his passion for the craft and art of acting towards the end of his college career and immediately began studying and training, and in his last semester at Baylor, he booked and filmed a principal role in a Lionsgate distributed horror film, The Final. Two weeks after graduating from Baylor University with his Bachelors of Science in Education, Exercise Physiology degree, Hunter moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career. Hunter Garner has since starred in the first 2 episodes of Alan Ball's Banshee, Lifetime Networks, Gone Missing, Funny of Die's sketch comedy, Laura, as well as many shorts including; Noodles, Great To See You, and Chew, that have been Official Selection in several acclaimed film festivals. Hunter can also be spotted in national commercials such as; Toyota Tacoma 'Dear Adrenaline', Toyota RAV4 'Pit-Stop', Michelob Ultra, Budlight 'UFC Here We Go', Ubisoft, Jack-in-the-Box 'Beach Party', Jeep, etc. While pursuing his acting career living in Los Angeles, Hunter builds custom furniture, (carpentry and metal fabrication) as a side career and hobby. If not working, or working his craft(s), you'll most likely find him in his kickboxing gym, on the football and softball fields, helping the passerby or neighbor, or charity organization in need, or somewhere near and far, from the desert to the mountains, to the sea. Wherever the temptress voice, that is mother nature, may beckon him to garner life, meaning, awe, and wonder in God's magnificent creation.
