Hunter Sansone
Hunter Sansone was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He is an actor, known for Stargirl (2020), Safety (2020) and S.W.A.T. (2017) He began his acting career as a teenager and entered into a local studio in the St. Louis area. After a few years of training, he moved to Los Angeles where he began his professional career. He landed lead roles in several independent feature films before joining the cast of the new CW/DC Universe superhero series, Stargirl (2020), in a series regular role. After wrapping season 1, Sansone quickly joined forces with Oscar nominated producer, Reginald Hudlin to portray Daniel Morelli in the inspiring true story about Clemson football player Ray McElrathbey, in the Disney+ original film, Safety (2020). Seasons 1 & 2 of Stargirl (2020) are streaming on HBO Max with Season 3 currently filming. Hunter recently made his writing, producing and directorial debut with the short film, A Brother Story (2022).
Spending the majority of his childhood being raised on a 123 acre farm with hundreds of animals, Sansone developed a deep passion for animal welfare and partnered up with Stray Rescue of St.Louis to help further promote their mission. He continues to actively use his platform to be a powerful voice against animal abuse.
