Kandice Moore, a participant in the Netflix Docuseries "Missing: Dead or Alive", is the surviving victim and ex-wife of Anthony Garcia. Kandice is a professional vocalist who put her career on hold after marrying Anthony "Tony" Garcia, tackling the role of Army Wife, and giving birth to their four children in just under six years. No one could fathom the abuse she suffered behind closed doors until the curtain was pulled back in the investigation into his mother's disappearance.
