Lauren Meley
Lauren Meley is actress, writer and producer based in Baltimore, MD. She grew up in Baltimore as a dancer. In 2007, Lauren had the opportunity to study with the legendary acting teacher Terry Schreiber when he taught a summer intensive in Fells Point. The following year Lauren moved to New York City where she continued to study at his studio for two years, also training under Artistic Director Peter Jensen. She studied on-camera technique with Penny Templeton. In New York she appeared Off-Broadway in 'The Columbine Project' and in the AEA Showcase of Arthur Miller's 'All My Sons' at The Morningside Players. She has also written a handful of short films, including the quirky romantic comedy 'Bear Necessity' which was produced in New York. In 2014 she moved back to Baltimore where she now lives with her husband and son. She continues to dance, act and create as often as she can.
