Leah Kavita
Leah Kavita is a New York City born and raised actress, who has had a love for acting ever since she was a little girl. Even at 5 years old she knew that acting would be her means of life in her adulthood. Although she was a shy and timid child, she started studying drama in her adolescent years, her love and passion for the art moved her to start studying at the age of 12 years old. She has studied various techniques such as long form improvisation, the techniques of Sanford Meisner, Stanislavski and Michael Chekhov. Leah also studied voice and diction, dance and more at such schools as: Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music Art and Performing Arts, The William Esper Studio and The Upright Citizens Brigade.
In the summer of 2009 Leah co-founded the : Live Blaggard Theater Group .Live Blaggard was honored to perform an original show in the 2010 Frigid Festival. In addition to her involvement in the theater group, Leah co-wrote and directed a web series, keep a look out for all of her acting, directing and writing projects.
Leah is proud to announce that she landed a few LEAD roles in her feature films in the last couple of years such as "Love Lies and Seeta , "The distance between us" and you can also find Leah on the Netflix comedy show called "Brown Nation"
