Lorna Nickson Brown

Lorna Nickson Brown is an actor and filmmaker from Birmingham, England. She is best known for playing American primatologist, Janis Carter, in Alex Parkinson's Lucy, the Human Chimp (2021). Lorna trained at Drama Centre London, winning a Laurence Olivier Bursary Award in her final year. She directed and executive produced BFI Network short, Ned & Me (2020). The film's festival selections include the 2021 International Competition at Clermont-Ferrand International Film Festival.
