Louisa Darr
Louisa Darr is an Asian-American actress with credits in theatre, film and commercial advertising (digital & print). Passionate about stage and film arts, Louisa began as a 3-year-old dancer appearing in productions staged by the Hyde Park School of Dance in Chicago. Since then, her portfolio has broadened to include performances in "South Pacific" and "A Christmas Carol" at the acclaimed Guthrie Theater and leads in "Little Women" (Theatre in the Round), "Still Dance the Stars" (Yellow Tree Theatre), "The Uses of Enchantment (Children's Theatre Company), "There's a Boy in the Girl's Bathroom" (Stages Theatre Co.) as well as school productions of "Matilda", "Chicago" (for which she was recognized by "Spotlight", an education program of the Hennepin County Theatre Trust) and "Seussical Jr.". Louisa is currently active in Shakespearean Youth Theatre. Her film credits include leads in "Consumed" and "Frost Bite" (for which she won Z-Fest's 2019 "Best Youth Actor" award). Louisa appears advertising produced for Sleep Number (2020 Super Bowl ad), Target, 3M, Kohl's, Josten's and Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company among others. Louisa also enjoys freehand art.
