Lydia Indjova
Lydia Indjova was born on August 4, 1986 in Novorossiysk, Russia. Shortly after, her family moved to Bulgaria, settling in Sofia. At the age of 18, she attended the National Academy of Theatre and Film Arts in Sofia where she began shooting in student short films and later in series and feature films. After her graduation in 2008, she joined the Bulgarian Army Theatre where she starred in numerous shows. In 2013, she settled in Brussels, Belgium and got noticed by the director Manu Riche for his feature film Problemski Hotel (2015). This opportunity opened doors for her to many interesting roles such as Nadja Minikof in Okkupert (2015) and Zina in Glad IJs (2021). Lydia continued shooting in feature films and series in Bulgaria such as A Dose of Happiness (2019), (D)evil's Throat: Djavolskoto Garlo (2019), Father's Day (2019), Corpse Collector (2015) and starred in the leading role of Darina in the locally successful romantic comedy series Sunny Beach (2021). In 2021 she played Bianka Petrova in the second season of the Luxembourgish series Capitani (2019). Shortly after, Lydia settled in Luxembourg with her family.
