Mallory Rubin
Mallory Rubin is the Head of Editorial at the sports and pop culture website The Ringer, and one of the founding editorial members of the site. She co-hosts "The Ringer-Verse" podcast, covering all things related to nerd culture and fandom. She co-hosted the critically acclaimed "Binge Mode" podcast, which covered Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, among other pop culture and literary obsessions.
Mallory also co-hosted the Game of Thrones after shows "Talk the Thrones" on Twitter and "After the Thrones" on HBO, where she served as one of the experts on the land of ice and fire (and as the resident direwolf enthusiast).
Before joining The Ringer, Mallory was a senior editor at Grantland and prior to that, a senior editor at Sports Illustrated's website, SI.com.
A Baltimore-area native who grew up in Reisterstown and a Syracuse alum, she loves fantasy literature, disappointing sports teams, food delivery apps, and her cat, Halo.
