Mitchell A.S. Hallock
Mitchell Anthony Steven Hallock, was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Obsessed with comic books and science fiction, young Mitch dreamed of being a comic book artist for Marvel Comics to draw the derring-do of characters like Spider-Man and Captain America. Seeing "Star Wars" in 1977 changed his life and led him down a filed of graphic design and illustration. During his college years, Hallock was the staff cartoonist for the school newspaper and on a whim auditioned for the play "as You Like It". He went on to do other works like "Our Town", "Touch of the Poet", "Infancy" and more. Hallock wrote, edited and appeared on local television in a series of comedy sketch programs on the show "Video Hell" with future actor Karl Anderson. He continued his art career becoming an Art Director, then Creative Director eventually moving into Marketing. Still loving film and television he wrote the comedy "Father Vegas", an "X-Files" script called "Pawns" that was in development for season 3. In the 2000s, Hallock became a writer for the Indiana Jones based website, voted the number 1 movie website by Entertainment Weekly in 2008. He also became a regular on the podcast TheIndyCast.com since 2007, and appeared in the films: "Indyfans" (2008), "Made for Each Other (2010), "Indiana James" (2012) and "Springsteen & I" (2013).
