Monica Peña

Monica Peña is a film and television actress that has appeared in numerous independent films and network television shows such as Friday Night Lights, Chase, The Lying Game and Prison Break. Among the many powerful short films she has starred in, she also appeared in sci fi feature films, Mandrake and Zero One. In live performances, she has been able to expand her experience and showcase her love of sports and salsa and cumbia dancing skills. Monica's diverse look has brought about a wide range of interesting roles, including, an Aztec Princess (where she learned Nahuatl), a Cuban Poet and Mary, the Mother of Jesus. She is an avid reader and her favorite projects are the ones that require a physical transformation of sorts or most often include difficult subject matter.
