Moti Sagar

Moti Sagar is the youngest son of Director and Producer Ramanand Sagar. He began working with his father as a director in the former company Sagar Art International. He worked alongside Dr. Ramanand Sagar as an assistant and as a associate director on many of his popular films, which include Geet, Lalkaal, Charas and others, Moti Sagar developed his own style of artistry. As a writer, he wrote screenplays for films such as Humrahi, Ram Bharose, Pyaara Dushman. He has directed and produced various television shows starting with the nostalgic Dada Dadi Ki Kahaniya, Vikram Betaal, The record breaking Indian series Ramayana (Rated at number 36 on imdb's most watched TV shows of the world), Shri Krishna, Alif Laila and Aankhen on Doordarshan and under the guidance of Dr. Ramanand Sagar, turned creative producer for shows such as Prithviraj Chauhan, Sai Baba on Star Plus, Dharam Veer on Imagine, Aladdin on Zee TV, Jai Shri Krishna and various others. Moti Sagar has worked on more than 15 Motion Pictures and more than 70 TV enterprises. Moti Sagar is the Chairman of Sagar Pictures.
