P.G. Marlar
P. G. Marlar was born in Denver, Colorado to Joe Calvin Marlar (Construction Contractor) and Virginia Marlar (Housewife) on 24 July 1948. At a young age his parents moved to Boyle Heights (East L. A.), Los Angeles, California. Served twenty-two years in U. S. Military. After retirement he made San Antonio, Texas his home. He has since pursued his career goal of creating and producing film projects. Throughout his military career he had taken courses and training in acting, writing and business. He has worked on stage for local theatre companies where ever he was stationed. He has starred in such plays as "Seems Like Old Times", "To Kill a Mockingbird" and "The Black Cat". He often calls live acting as "The greatest thrill one can have with their clothes on". This love for entertainment has lead to his present vision quest as an actor and writer. He is a father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He believes that age is only a gift and not a hurdle.
