Paige B. Alston
Paige was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. She attended Western Michigan University for Film, Video, and Media Studies. Paige was a well rounded individual growing up: She began shooting and producing video projects for other organizations and students in college which led to the start of her own company, The Brianna Films. She completed freelance photo and video work under the name of TBF. In 2016, she went on to write and direct her first short film, As Far., that screened in a national artist showcase. In 2017, she began production on her first feature length film, Chasing After You (2019). Paige is Director and Founder of a new and budding production company, Gold Television Network, that focuses on building community for content creators at an independent level. Her goal has always been to create visual poetry with her work, telling stories of the people that represented her environment and those that inspired her. It wasn't until 'Chasing After You' that she proclaimed her tie to be a "faith-based" filmmaker and only create films with the basis of God at the core of her stories. She believes it is her God-given calling to tell stories about God's people using her ability of filmmaking.
