CASTING/ PRODUCTION / DEVELOPMENT:
Having worked 18 years in the Entertainment Industry Paisley Baker has experienced everything from on set cast handling and PA work, to TV development and delivery of cast for non-scripted and scripted TV, commercials, streaming web content, and film. Paisley worked closely under Hayma Washington on Disney's 'The Jersey', assisted Eric Eisner and Julian Metter on the animated feature 'Booty Call', and gained valuable exposure to the development process assisting EP's Mark Cronin of Mindless Entertainment (now 51 Minds), and David Collins and Michael Williams of Scout Productions. Paisley transitioned to casting and was named Executive in Charge of Doron Ofir Casting where she developed both creative writing skills and interview skills, while also creating company policy and procedure. While with Doron's company she was instrumental in delivering cast for Jersey Shore, Nashville Star, Millionaire Matchmaker, RuPaul's Drag Race and many more.
Paisley left Doron Ofir Casting in 2011 and developed and pitched Detroit based 'Motor City' as an independent producer that same year. She then associate produced 'Sweet Home Alabama, Season 2' with Glassman Media to expand her resume, and expanded her casting credits from primarily reality based programming at the time to include scripted TV, commercials, and additional film castings. Coat Check Creative launched in 2012 after Paisley landed several talent in development deals and successfully managed an animated series starring Lorenzo Llamas through the pitch process. Since forming C3 Paisley has inked development deals with 495 Productions, Fly on the Wall, Eyeboogie, and Atlas Media Corp, as well as placed C3 clients in development deals of their own. Paisley is a big picture participant who uses her knowledge and skills to enhance team efforts in areas of casting, development and production.

ACTING, STAGE/SCREEN:
Paisley Baker began her artistic endeavors in Texas performing on stage in plays, as well as musicals. She moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to expand her experience to include both film and television. Paisley's stage credits include "Cabaret", "Camelot", "Medea", as well as Felicity in "The Shadow Box", Celia in "As You Like It", and Julia in "Lend Me A Tenor" which earned her an Irene Ryan Nomination. After a short time in Los Angeles she snagged the lead role in "On the Outs", a 23minute short film directed by Courtney Rowe. "On the Outs", which follows one woman's comically failed attempts at coming out of the closet, was popular on the Festival Circuit and the Audience Award Winner at the Spokane Washington Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. It screened at Mardi Gras(Sydney, Australia), Frameline (San Francisco, CA), the Tokyo International Lesbian & Gay Film Festival (Tokyo, Japan) and 20 others. She was featured on the Disney kid show "The Jersey" as a Substitute Teacher, and asked to lend her voice to an episode as The Coaches Wife. Paisley booked a commercial promoting Fox's "VIP Passport" which helped secure her representation in 2004 at Coast-to-Coast Talent Agency. (She later transferred commercially to O'Neill Talent Group.) Additional infomercial and commercial work available on request. Her accomplishments include being an Irene Ryan Finalist, President of the College of Arts & Sciences Ambassadors at UNT, Best Supporting Actress for University of North Texas Theatre in both '98 and '00, Participant in the Setkani Festival in Brno, Czech Republic, Most Valuable Undergraduate Theatre Major of 2000, and Cum Laude graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from UNT. Paisley Baker was a Member in Repertory at Playhouse West from 2003 - 2008 and performed in the 2005 stage production of "Cash Flow". She is a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
