Panayioti Yannitsos

Panayioti (Pan) Yannitsos is a Canadian-Greek filmmaker, specializing in social issues and true crime works. Known for his no holds barred investigative style, his lens has traversed four continents, from the Greek economic crisis (as seen in his feature debut, Freedom Besieged) to the harrowing experiences of North American firefighters (Florian's Knights). He has interviewed world-renowned intellectuals, heads of state, and maximum-security criminals all in the span of the first decade of his career.
