Adam Freeman is an American film, stage, and voice actor who lives in the New England area. As a 9 year old, Adam was cast in the lead role of Young Dylan in a Boston area professional production of "A Child's Christmas in Wales." For his natural ability, he caught the eye of local theater critics, earning an Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) nomination and a Hub Review Best Actor award. At the age of 12 years, Adam had the good fortune to be cast as the only child in Shakespeare's "Coriolanus" performed outside on the Boston Common. Over 100,000 viewers watched this production. In addition to stage acting, Adam has enjoyed both supporting and principal roles in film. Most recently, cast as the character Doyle Larkin, he was filmed in a scene with Frances McDormand in the highly acclaimed HBO mini-series, "Olive Kitteridge." Adam can also be heard as the voice of Henry in daytime Emmy nominated PBSKids', "Fizzy's Lunchlab."

Adam Fried is an actor and writer living in Los Angeles. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he was raised in Dayton, Ohio by his parents Bill and Claudia Fried, with his sister, Melissa. As an actor, Adam began performing with The Muse Machine in Dayton, Ohio (under the direction of Nat Horne) before obtaining his BA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University. Adam's first professional break was performing at the Barn Theatre in Augusta, Michigan (a theatre who boasts the alumni of Jennifer Garner, Lauren Graham and Tom Wopat). After performing regionally and two national tours, Adam worked as an actor in New York City for several years before moving to California to work in Film and Television as both an actor and writer.
Adam began his career directing a documentary entitled Wolves in Winter, which went on to receive two Emmy nominations. Adam's next project, Color Me Blue, about the NYPD and its many heroes, won him his first Emmy. Adam has also directed a wide range of music videos and commercials. His Rolling Stones Emotional Rescue video was part of the Whitney Museum Biennial celebration, and his video for the rap group Whodini, Big Mouth, is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art. After directing over 40 music videos for acts as diverse as The Rolling Stones, Daryl Hall and John Oates, Jean-Luc Ponty and The Robert Joffrey Ballet, Adam directed his first feature film, Medium Straight (1988). The film was shown in Critics Week at the Cannes Film Festival, with Variety magazine citing Adam as "a name to watch." Medium Straight also won Best Picture at the Seattle Film Festival, and Adam Best Director at the Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival. Adam formed his first company, Perpetual Motion Films in 1991. From the Air Combat (1993) 1 and 2 series and Masters of War (1994) to the The 10th Annual National CableACE Awards (1989)-winning epic Biography (1987) series... including Biography's George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Atila the Hun and Michelangelo, which is one of the top selling documentaries in the history of Amazon.com. Perpetual Motion became a groundbreaking pioneer in the nascent cable production industry. By 2002, Adam had formed Traveling Light Media. There he produced, directed and wrote programming for A&E, Discovery, The History Channel, HBO Mojo HD, Spike TV and many others. In addition to almost tripling A&E's usual audience, Adam's Biography on John Travolta was nominated for an Emmy for Best Non-Fiction Series and he himself was nominated for Best Director. Adam has received Cine Golden Eagle Awards for his A&E Biographies on Kevin Costner, Bruce Willis, Sylvester Stallone and LL Cool J as well as a Gold Medal from the New York Festival, as well as Cine and Telly Awards for The Crash of Flight 191 (2004). Additionally, he recently completed his third feature film, And She Was (2002), starring Patrick Warburton and Brad Dourif. He joined Cannery Agency in 2009 as Head of Production and Development and is hard at work on a diverse slate of projects.

In 2012 while writing and acting, Adam worked as a Sales Producer for Cameron/Pace Group LLC in Burbank California (founded by director James Cameron and cinematographer Vince Pace). Prior to his current work, Adam started his professional career acting while working as a bodyguard and close protection specialist. Adam is an advocate for the homeless having been homeless himself while writing Man Down and speaks as an advocate for homeless veterans and survivors of abuse.
