Brittany Belland was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She began taking acting and musical theater classes at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music when she was 12. After graduating high school, Brittany attended The Ohio State University where she studied improvisational comedy with The 8th Floor Improv and graduated March 2012 with a BA in Psychology and Theater. While at OSU, Brittany starred in her first feature film, The Sleeper. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles where she currently resides.

Brittany grew up in Green Bay, WI and raised by her mom, a nurse, and her dad who worked for the city's paper company. She resides in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area and continues her career acting and singing professionally, while raising her four children. She is married to the former Director of Photography Nick Deutsch of Generation Mason (2005) and Pond Hockey (2008). In 2010 she played Jessica Williams in The Scientist (2010) a feature film starring along side actors Bill Sage, Adam LeFevre, and Jamie Elman and directed by Zach LeBeau. It was during this film she realized her true passion had developed in film. Brittany has a continued and constantly renewed passion for on-camera acting and a true love of film. She began writing, and directing her own projects and continues to create.
