Benja Bruijning's (1983) star-turn in the Dutch romantic comedy Family Way (2012) opposite Carice van Houten (Game of Thrones) marked his break through to a wide audience. From an early age on Benja has played roles in various films and TV series such as The Cave and Poet on the Zeedijk. After graduating from the Academy of Dramatic and Performing Arts in Amsterdam in 2008, Benja landed roles in several popular Dutch TV series and films. Benjamin A. Hoyt was born on October 26, 1997 in Des Moines, Iowa. His need to perform was apparent at a young age, and he began taking acting classes in Des Moines. He quickly became more ambitious and spent his weekends traveling to Chicago to prepare for IPOP! Benjamin went to IPOP! in Los Angeles in July of 2011. There, he met talent manager Cinda Snow and quickly began to audition with self-tapes from Iowa. It took some time and dedication, but Benjamin moved to Los Angeles in January of 2015. Shortly after moving Benjamin booked a supporting lead role in the feature film 'Mono'. Then another supporting role came along for Benjamin in the feature film 'Five Piece'.
