Hope's mission as an actor is to bring characters to life that surprise people and convey the human experience as honestly as possible. She fell in love with acting in first grade when she was cast in my teacher's rendition of The Fisherman's Wife. Corny? Perhaps. True? Absolutely. When she was young she dreamed of being a doctor, actor, singer, and dancer. Though she still loves science, dancing and singing, as well as a painting, writing, and directing from time to time, her main artistic passion has always been, and continues to be, acting. A Seattle native, she studied at the University of Washington where She earned a BA in Drama with Honors, and has had the opportunity and privilege to study and work with Jon Jory, Cathy Madden, Valerie Curtis-Newton, Andrew Tsao, Robyn Hunt, and Steve Pearson.
