Lauren Graham was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, to Donna Grant and Lawrence Graham, a candy industry lobbyist. Her father was from New York and her mother was from the American South, and Lauren has Irish, English, and Scottish ancestry. She grew up in Northern Virginia, USA (Fairfax, Arlington, and Great Falls, VA) Graduate of Langley High School, McLean, VA Graduate of Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree in English. Graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Master's Degree in Acting. She was raised by a single parent, her father. Her parents divorced when she was 5. Growing up she wanted to be a jockey but her height precluded it. She traveled extensively with her father during her childhood and discovered acting while in elementary school. Her resume includes theatre, film and television.
Lauren has grown up in La Mirada, CA with her mom (Christy), dad (Eric), and sister (Emma 10) also an actress. She started singing at age 4 and acting at age 7. Lauren is a young actress known for the series, "Cypher" (2021, 1st season, 8 episodes), where she plays Anna Scott, the daughter of Will Scott (Martin Dingle Wall). She also co-starred in the Gwen Stefani Christmas special, "You Make it Feel Like Christmas," as young Gwen. Lauren is also known for "The Story of Ag Gag," (2014) a short film done with PETA, the animal rights group, "A Boyfriend for Christmas," (2015) a short film by Director Erica Warnock, as well as, "Boondoggle," (2016) a new web series starring comedian/actors, Ty Burrell (Modern Family), Johnny Meeks, and Tom Lennon. She plays, Hilary, the daughter of Johnny Meeks. Lauren is also a singer and dancer and enjoys musical theater and being on the stage. She was a soloist in "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" with 3D Theatricals and has performed as Oliver in "Oliver" (RCT Professional Series) as Tiny Tim in "Christmas Carol" (RCT Professional Series), and as Michael Banks in "Mary Poppins." With her uncanny knack for doing an amazing British accent, no wonder she has been cast in these roles! She was on Season 13 of America's Got Talent singing with the Voices of Hope Children's Choir who received the coveted golden buzzer and made it to the semi finals. She has performed with Josh Groban and Pentatonix and also enjoys playing club soccer, golfing, reading, going to Disneyland, and spending time with her family.
