Lauren Zbylski was born just outside of Denver, Colorado, and was raised in the small town of Monument. Her father, David, is a family practice doctor and her mother, Renee, is a former makeup artist. She has two younger sisters, Jordann and Alex. Attending an arts conservatory throughout much of her childhood, Lauren continued her dream of becoming an actress by enrolling as a Theatre major at Southern Methodist University. Upon graduating, Lauren was awarded the Greer Garson Award for Excellence in Acting. She subsequently moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and television.
