Fansu Njie
Fansu Njie is an award-winning, Swedish film director whose career spans two decades. Old Westerns, Kung Fu movies and Sci-Fi horrors creatively influenced his modern approach. He built his discipline and work ethics through many years of martial arts training and philosophy.
Adept as a Steadicam operator, and a Cinematographer, Njie quickly accelerated into directing and content development. With great respect for each craft, Fansu quickly builds strong teams that work well together in production.
Regarded as a serious commercial director in the Scandinavian market, Mr. Njie's credits include hundreds of TV commercials, music videos and shorts. He directed the multi award-winning Bad Dreams (Prime-Time SVT); Crackaparkz (Swedens First Hip Hop Comedy Feature); and a long list of award-winning shorts.
Most recently, Mr. Njie produced and directed the action-packed Scandinavian feature "Last Man Down (2021)". When the trailer itself went viral, gathering worldwide interest with millions of views in just a few weeks, the feature immediately popped in worldwide sales.
Released by Saban Films (US/UK), then later, Netflix, and SF Studios (Scandinavia), "Last Man Down" ranked #3 on Netflix's top-10-list in UK, and then climbed to the top-10-in all major international markets.
