Francesco David Clemente
Francesco David Clemente is a professional actor, working in both theater and film. He started studying acting at Scuola di Teatro Colli (Bologna), at the age of 45, after 20 successful years of practicing civil law of which 15 years from his own law firm. His formation is based principally on the methods of Stanislavski as practiced by Lee Strasberg. He studied under the guidance of Michael Rodgers, Doris Hicks and recently continues his training principally with Giles Foreman and Nina Binder of the Batson Studio in New York City. Francesco is continuously developing and exploring his expressive and communicative tools with the principal objectives of deepening the relationship between individual and individual and individual and group. He is motivated by a great passion to always improve as an actor and as human being, always looking for the living character within the interpreted character. He practices Aikido, contemporary dance and singing as useful arts for achieving the above goals, and also plays amateur soccer to cultivate his competitive spirit. Francesco cultivates personal interests in the elegance and culture of being a middle aged gentleman. He profits from his Italian heritage and ambient to continuously develop his knowledge of the visual and musical arts, both historical and contemporary.
