Luis R. Hernandez
Luis R. Hernandez is so outside the box, that there is no box to contain him. He was born in Puerto Rico, where he lived until the age of 13. Since then, he has called Atlanta home and become part of the professional theatre and film community there. Along the way, though he has acquired a variety of jobs like lab assistant at the CDC, 7th grade science teacher, and standardized patient for Emory Med School among many others. He is also a puppeteer at the world renowned Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts, the largest institution in the US dedicated to puppetry, where he has worked since 2005. He is a fluent native Spanish speaker, a trained fire eater, and some colleagues might describe him as "the friendliest monkey in the primate enclosure." He loves dogs and his favorite dessert is baklava.
